Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product for a full refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

• Certain items, including personal care products (such as skincare devices) or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:

• Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

• Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.

Refunds:

• After we receive your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
